Amit Kr. Burman is a highly skilled Data Quality and Governance Consultant with over 9 years of experience in the field. He is currently working with WaysAheadGlobal as a Data Quality and Data Governance Consultant, where he defines business rules, data governance standards, and policies for data transformations. He also facilitates the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards, and adoption requirements across the enterprise. In addition, Amit coordinates external data sources to eliminate redundancy and streamline the expense related to those services. Amit's past experience includes working as a Data Engineer with WaysAheadGlobal, where he was responsible for enhancing and supporting existing reports and database infrastructures. He also wrote SQL scripts with performance tuning, configured and scheduled jobs to be executed in specific time intervals to fire the replication jobs, and brought the data to data warehouse server and SSIS jobs to load the data by extracting, transforming, and loading the data in required tables of data warehouse server database, including troubleshooting of failure jobs. Amit also designed logic of SSIS and including SQL business logic to bring the ETL data to data warehouse Server database by using different types of packages to handle the data and defining Hierarchy of Packages to be executed starting from Handling SQL Data to SSAS Data in sequential order. Amit holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University. He also attended S.D. Sr. Sec. School.
